Reclaimed wood designs from Glastonbury
As a furniture designer/maker born and working in Glastonbury, Belinda conceived WoodWorks-Glastonbury in 2005.
Having always had an affinity with the environment and a concern for sustainability, WoodWorks creates unique, functional wood art constructed entirely from locally reclaimed material.
With 80% of the worlds forests either destroyed or degraded and the seemingly insurmountable problem of waste, she aim’s to produce innovative, well made designs that heighten awareness of what valuable resources we are needlessly discarding.
As a specialist in reclaimed wood designs, her work varies from small driftwood pieces to larger commercial commissions such as reception areas and restaurant bars.
